    • Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30PM AND
    • Saturdays, 8:30 - 9:30AM
    •                    OR
    • Wednesdays, 8:30 - 9:30AM
  • Dates:
    • Session #1: January 4 - February 19
    • Session #2: March 1 - April 16
    • Session #3: May 3 - June 18
  • Fee: $70 - $75

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise with an emphasis on deep breathing, slow movements, and chi (energy) development. It can help improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and fitness, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. 

The class involves traditional warm-ups and gentle stretching, breathing exercises, stances, and an introduction into the traditional Yang Style Form.

Wear comfortable clothing, a flat sole indoor sneaker or dance shoe.

Your instructor is Sifu James P. Shea Instructor Certificate Master Pui Chan (More than 37 years' Tai Chi Chuan experience)
